Package Your Eyewear
Place your glasses, protective case, and cleaning cloth securely back into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package at any authorized carrier location, or simply hand it to an associate in-store.
Receive Refund or Exchange
